Purplle.com  has raised Series A Funding from Blume Ventures , Mumbai Angels and Chennai Angels . Purplle is basically is a portal dedicated to offering personal care and beauty products. Though the quantum of investment from these three prolific investors has not been announced, the funds will be utilized to accelerate and expand the pace and scope of operations shared Manish Taneja, co-founder and CEO, Purplle, “ Raising capital is not just critical but also strategic to a company’s growth in our segment, as it is imperative for scaling up faster than the industry average ,” What he directly implied was that these funds will be used to boost the number of brands and tally of saleable items
